When Cyclops and Mr. R find themselves facing a serious shortage of missions, a mysterious newspaper advertisement leads them to the laboratory of the eccentric Doctor. Eager to prove themselves as capable missionaries, the pair eagerly accepts what appears to be a straightforward assignment. However, their mission takes an unexpected turn when they discover a captive named Sir Cube, uncovering a sinister plot and realizing that the very man who hired them may be their greatest enemy. Armed with questionable tactics, an unusual assortment of weapons, and an unwavering enthusiasm for adventure, the newly formed Missionary Squad must confront the evil doctor in an absurd showdown.
